Minerales estratégicos: cambio de escala de las relaciones entre China y Brasil
Durante la primera década del siglo xxi, las actividades de China en el extranjero se llevaron a cabo en el marco de inversiones dirigidas por el Estado. Por otra parte, el gobierno brasileño era percibido como un actor carente de política estratégica frente a la emergente potencia asiática. Hoy los tiempos han cambiado. A lo largo de los últimos años, las actividades de China en el sector de la minería brasileña han comenzado a fragmentarse, mientras que ciertas entidades subnacionales de Brasil adquirieron mayor prominencia en la dirección de las inversiones transnacionales, lo que reconfigura las relaciones entre China y Brasil en este sector estratégico.
